Today, during complex extractions, we use the latest technology, a physiodispenser (a special surgical device), which makes the operation as safe and effective as possible.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How is extraction with a burette different from the traditional method?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main challenge in difficult extractions (for example, in the case of a retained &#8220;wisdom tooth&#8221;) is working with bone tissue. The physiodispenser allows the doctor to more precisely control the speed and force of rotation. The device has an integrated cooling system that continuously delivers sterile saline to the work area.
